For Sponge Iron Plants

Calibrated Iron Ore Lump

Sized lump (5–20 mm & 20–40 mm) processed through Prograder and scrubbed in Rotomax scrubber, delivering a consistent feed for sponge iron applications.

For Sinter Plants

Sinter Fines

Fine fraction (below 3 mm) dewatered through an Evoscreen station with hydro-cyclone circuit — an ideal sinter-grade feed for integrated steel plants.

For Pellet Plants

Iron Ore Concentrate

High-Fe concentrate produced via fine hydro-cyclones, high-gravity magnetic separation and ceramic disc filters — a premium feed for iron ore pelletization.
